• Telephonic Case Management Program

  • All activities completed by a Registered Nurse
  • Nurse will work from employer’s site, if requested
  • Contact made with injured worker, employer and physician(s)
  • Initial information provided to employer/carrier within 7 days of referral
  • Nurse updates employer/carrier after each medical appointment
  • Nurse discusses availability of modified duty with employer in initial contact and with each change in status
  • Telephonic contacts only unless visit is recommended by TCM nurse and pre-approved by referring party
