DCMP offers panel development services to assist employers and carriers with creating and managing a network of qualified medical providers from which injured workers can seek treatment. Our team ensures panels adhere to state-specific workers’ compensation laws and regulations regarding provider choice, panel size, specialties included, geographical accessibility, and posting requirements.

• Nurse reviews injury history with employer/carrier to determine appropriate types of providers

• Nurse develops list of potential providers per above assessment

• Every provider is contacted by nurse to ascertain willingness to serve as panel provider, to comply with reporting requirements and to collaborate with employer as necessary to effect timely return to work

• Panels produced in format proscribed by workers compensation regulations

• Employer is provided with all posting information, including forms that employees must sign
